Beach, Desert, and Mountains

One of the things I love about Southern California is the close proximity of beach and desert and mountains.

except for this fellow searching for his dinner

what beauty I find in the solitude

lifeguard stations wait for next year ...

I am here taking it all in ...

 The mountains are not as brown as usual because we've had rain

 I hear the beauty of this land
