In a slump

In a slump, and not lovin' the slump I'm in ...

For some reason, I am not motivated to do much more than read and nap. I did manage to create this for my digital art wall. 8x8. having it printed at Shutterfly. Wish I was going back to Paris. 

I just created a new (free from Joann's!) 8x8 photo book from Shutterfly called Reflections (you can click to see it).

I think this is #5 for this year! And it's only May. AND I'm awaiting the arrival of a new "big girl" camera! I'm having way too much fun :-)

Flower Power: An Art Book

I've become obsessed with photo books. My latest creation is called "Flower Power". Its being printed through Shutterfly. Here's a sample of the pages.

Each page was created digitally using Photoshop Elements, personal photos and commercially available digital supplies. I love flowers. I love taking photos of flowers. And I love creating art with those photos. I can't wait to see the printed book!

Caribbean Cruise

Over the holiday, we went on a cruise to five islands - Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Maarten, and St. Croix. We also visited San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was a beautiful trip and I've made a photo book through Shutterfly with pages I created in Photoshop Elements (digital memory keeping). I can't wait to see it in printed format. 2015 Photo Book

Here is a slide show of pages for my version of project life. I've had it printed by Shutterfly. Can't wait 'til it arrives!

This represents my immersion into digital memory keeping and digi art. Some of the pages are more "traditional scrapbook" in nature, while others are more artsy. I've thoroughly enjoyed this journey, learn new things daily, which will keep me interested for a long time to come.
