Lesson 2: Shape

In this lesson, again working with black fused fabric on white background, we were instructed to cut a series of shapes and use one of the 9-patch of compositions to create the piece.









I played with several and selected a vertical assymetrical composition.

Then we were to use the same shapes, however this time use one shape in a different color to provide a focal point.












Again, I played with several, and selected a diagonal grid composition.
