A part of the art retreat process for me is to have my stuff out visible and accessible. This is my "studio" as I don't have an extra room. Luckily George doesn't mind the mess while I'm in the midst of creating. Also luckily we can eat outside :-). So, at the end of the retreat, it all has to go back into bags and storage boxes and get cleared away. The key is to organize the storage so when I have a few moments I can pull it out. I'm off to Michaels to get some more storage containers. (Dream -- need to do a vision board on this -- someday I will have a room for my art stuff i.e., a real studio.)
I am a semi-retired university professor (aka Dr. J) who engages in various creative explorations. I love creating and I particularly love sharing my thoughts on creativity with others. I’m hoping readers of this blog will find inspiration and share thoughts to inspire others.
